Re-Enrollment for the 24-25 School Year

  • Re-Enrollment is available for the 24-25 school year for our current families, and we are excited to welcome returning students to Raven! Re-enroll your student today!

    The information that follows will serve as a guide for re-enrolling your student:

    1. Login to your Brightways account.
    2. Complete your application for the 24-25 school year.
    3. Click the Re-enroll button next to your student’s name.
    4. Click the Add Student button to enroll a new student.
    5. Be sure to sign your application and complete the forms that show up on your Parent Dashboard to complete the process.

    Your Advisory Teacher will work with you to complete your individual learning plans once the current school year has been completed.

Open Enrollment for the 24-25 School Year

  • We are excited to welcome new students and families to Raven, and open enrollment is now available for the 24-25 school year! Enroll your student today!

    The information that follows will serve as a guide for enrolling your student:

    1. Click here to begin the Online Enrollment.
    2. Create and Login to your Brightways account.
    3. Complete your application for the 24-25 school year.
    4. Click the Add Student button for each additional student you would like to enroll.
    5. Be sure to sign your application and complete the forms that show up on your Parent Dashboard to complete the process.
    6. Submit Required Documentation:
      • Birth Certificate
      • Transcript/Current Grade Report (unofficial is okay!)
      • Special Needs Paperwork (requires review by the Special Education Department)
    7. Set up a meeting with your assigned Advisory Teacher, who will help you:
      • Complete the remaining enrollment paperwork.
      • Complete an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) for each student.
    8. Start Homeschooling!

Late Enrollment for the 23-24 School Year

  • Late Enrollment is available for the 23-24 school year. We are excited to welcome late-enrolling students to Raven! The information that follows will serve as a guide for enrolling your student.

    1. Contact the Raven office closest to your location to schedule an appointment:

    2. During your appointment, complete the Late Enrollment Form at your local office.
    3. Submit Required Documentation:
      • Birth Certificate
